Our Mission
Walk with the PAC to raise $45,000 to support people facing Parkinson's disease across the Carolinas. Your participation funds PAC's cost-free programs and services that provide hope, knowledge, and community for individuals, their care partners, and families.
How to Register
Registration is required for everyone attending the walk. Click Register Here at the top of this page to begin.
Important Reminder: Participant must fundraise or donate $25 or more to earn a walk t-shirt. Participants who fundraise or donate $150 more will earn a PAC tumbler
You will be taken to the registration page where you can select the Participant Registration ticket.
Indicate if the registration you are adding is for yourself or for someone else then fill out the short form.
You can choose to create a fundraising page for yourself or the person you are registering, which is optional. If you want to be a team captain, you must create a fundraising page, but this is optional for all other participants.
On the checkout page, click "Add participant" to continue registering your family or as many people as you like. Everyone you register will be listed as a team member on your team page, if you joined a team.
After adding everyone you'd like to register, you can choose to leave an optional donation to kickstart your team's fundraising or simply checkout. You'll receive an email receipt and be walked through the steps to customize your team and/or personal fundraising page.
Returning Team Captains: If you use the same email address you used last year, you will see the option to recreate your team page.
Donate to Support our Parkinson’s Community to Make a Difference!
Donate by check: Make checks payable to Parkinson Association of the Carolinas. In a note with the check, write Wilm Walk and specify any individual or team fundraising for the Walk that you would like to receive credit for the donation.

Donate through a DAF: You can request a one-time grant from your DAF (Donor Advised Fund) in the amount of your choice be sent to Parkinson Association of the Carolinas. Please let the staff for your DAF know that the memo accompanying the check needs to clarify it is for the MoveIt! Walk Wilmington and specify any individual or team fundraising for the Walk that you would like to receive credit for the grant.

Once a donation by check or DAF is received by PAC, the donation will be added to the individual or team page that the donor gave toward.

Participants fundraise $25 or more by April 16th to earn a walk t-shirt. Participants must be present at the Walk to receive earned incentives.
