This year the Lift Off will not only be an epic showcase of Strength, but will support Special Olympics New York in their work to create inclusive opportunities for athletes of all intellectual and physical abilities. Create your individual fundraising page and set a goal of TOTAL POUNDS LIFTED on competition day. Total pounds lifted is the sum of your heaviest successful one rep Squat, Bench, & Deadlift. (Example: 100lb Squat, 50lb Bench Press, 200lb Deadlift = 350lb Total Pounds Lifted.)
SPREAD THE WORD TO YOUR FRIENDS & FAM!
Your friends & family can help you celebrate your success on the Lift Off Stage by making either a flat donation or a sliding donation based on the total pounds you lift. Set your goal Total Pounds Lifted weight (summary of all 3 heaviest lifts) and if you smash your goal, your total fundraised amount amplifies. The overall top fundraiser receives a 50 pack of Tone House classes on the House!
