Moms Night Out: Sound Bath
About this event
Join us for our Moms Night Out as we gather for a restorative Sound Bath experience designed to help you relax, reset, and recharge. During this immersive session, you’ll be guided into deep rest through calming sound vibrations that support stress relief and nervous system restoration.

This event is designed as a night of connection and self-care. We kindly ask that you arrange childcare and not bring children to the studio.
Space is limited. Registration closes Tuesday, April 28, 2026 or until the event is at capacity.

Know before you go
Please bring any yoga props you would like to use, as we will not have enough for everyone. While we will have a limited number of extra mats, bolsters, and blankets available on a first-come, first-served basis, we encourage you to bring whatever you need to feel fully supported and comfortable.
Suggested items include:
• Yoga mat
• Blanket
• Bolster or pillow (for under your head or knees)
• Comfortable clothing
• Socks
• Water bottle
DSG will also provide light snacks and refreshments for after the Sound Bath.
Refund Policy
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the event are eligible for a full refund if we have a waitlist. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event are non-refundable, as we’ve already made food and reservation commitments based on your RSVP. If you’re unable to attend, feel free to reach out—we’ll do our best to accommodate or transfer your spot, if possible. Please keep in mind that the Down Syndrome Guild of Dallas covers 85–95% of the cost for each individual to attend and pays for your spot in advance to keep this program affordable for families. Last-minute cancellations not only result in a loss of funds, but they also prevent others on the waitlist from having the opportunity to participate. Thank you for your understanding and support!
