Help support a unique community resource one Rep at a Time

Reps4Recovery is full of stories of survivors, and right now we need your help to keep on surviving. With 2020 being a year full of new challenges and a need for creative adaptations, we have managed to hold on to our barbells and stay strong. Reps4Recovery offers free workouts to those seeking a sober lifestyle. We welcome sober advocates too! While exercise helps one sustain a life of quality wellness, our group workouts also provide a safe, supportive, and consistent community. Now, we reach out to our greater community and ask that you please help us to continue to offer accessible and unique resources to our community (to your community!) that we love and appreciate so deeply.

Join us on January 31st and Sweat for Reps, by doing as many reps - burpees, sit-ups or pushups - as possible in 6 minutes! Ask your friends and family to pledge for every rep you completed to support our community!

How can you help?

You can support Reps4Recovery's Sweat-A-Thon two different ways:

1) You can pledge per rep done by an individual. This means that your contribution will be based on the number of reps recorded by one athlete during the 6 minute sweat-a-thon.

2) You can show your support by making a one-time or "flat-donation." One-time donations are not affected by the number of reps recorded.
