Mental Health Education That’s Fun!
Movin’ with Moose is our annual fundraiser that promotes movement as a healthy coping skill while raising funds to support our Resource Cards, Battle Buddies, Comfort Kits and Foundations programming for people of all ages.
This event is about engaging in activities you enjoy while moving your body, building community, helping others, and strengthening your own mental health. Dakota is our Moose who loves to swim, and he would be thrilled to have you join us.
So let’s get Movin' with Moose and ‘Build a Healthy You’!
Virtual Event - March 1st - 31st
Step 1 - Sign Up
Participating on a team helps build community and a sense of belonging so we encourage you to either create your own team (with family, friends, coworkers, social group) or join a team that already exists. But if you'd rather go solo, you can do that too. The choice is yours.
Step 2 - Set Your Goals
How many miles would you like to move during the month of March? What is your fundraising goal? Remember, the journey is just as important as the goal and your registration fee counts towards your fundraising goal.
Step 3 - Choose How You Like to Move
You can run, walk, hike, skate, cycle, swim, row, dance, roll on wheels of any kind - OR - mix it up with multiple activities and sports you enjoy to achieve your movement and fundraising goals.
Step 4 - Record Your Miles
Use your phone, watch, or one of the many apps available to keep track of the distance you move each day or during each activity.
Step 5 - Share Your Journey
On a regular basis (daily, weekly or every few days), document your miles and share a photo or fun fact about your adventures with the Movin’ with Moose community on your fundraising page (under Activity).
Step 6 - Have Fun!
Fundraising can begin at any time, but our Movin' with Moose event begins March 1st and ends March 31, 2026.
