Class Description
Supporting Your Child's Mental Well-Being
This class is for ALL parents, grandparents and caregivers
We ALL have struggles and challenges in life. How we deal with the stress created from these challenges matters. Having a toolbox full of healthy coping skills, and a solid foundation that can support you and your family while you work through these challenges, is critical to your family's ability to not only survive, but thrive, despite hardship.
Join us as we explore some of the tools needed in your toolbox and introduce you to our six Building Blocks. Together they can help you build that solid foundation that supports you, your child and your family throughout your day at home, at school, at work and at play.
