Thank you for participating in our silent auction—we’re excited to share this special part of the evening with you! Please review the details below to ensure a smooth bidding and checkout experience.

🎯Bidding Instructions:

** Silent Auction opens on Monday, April 20th at 8:00 AM (EST) and will close promptly on Friday, April 24th at 9:30 PM on April 24th. Winning bidders will be notified via platform app.

** Browse auction items using https://charity.pledgeit.org/c/sodpyznmgq/auction.

** Place bids directly through the platform; you may increase your bid at any time before the auction closes.

** Enable notifications to stay updated if you are outbid.

💳Payment Information:

** A payment card must be registered on the auction platform for bidding and payment close out. Payment is required the evening of the event.

** All items must be paid in full before pickup.

🏷️Item Pickup:

**Items may be picked up at the event location from 9:30 – 10:00 PM in the auction room following checkout.

** Please have your receipt or confirmation ready. If you have an item, a PBF volunteer will get it for you.

-If you are unable to pick up your item that evening, you may pick up on Sunday, April 26th from 1:00 – 3:00 PM at the District Administration Building (650 S. Baltimore St., Dillsburg-behind the SLC). If unable to pick up during that time, arrangements can be made by contacting nslothower@northernyork.org.
