Step into the Glamour of the Past and support local education at the Polar Bear Foundation’s annual Fundraising Gala.

 Join us on Friday, April 24, from 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. at The Willows at Ashcombe Mansion for a dazzling Roaring ’20s celebration—honoring the Polar Bear Foundation’s 20th Anniversary.  Guests will experience an unforgettable night of jazz music, learn how to Charleston, and enjoy a playful nod to the era’s speakeasy spirit—where we’ll “violate prohibition” in style with plenty of libations! Come dressed in your best vintage attire, connect with fellow supporters, capture a memory at our selfie station, and take part in the evening’s fundraising activities to help make a lasting impact in our schools.

Bidding Instructions 🎯

  • Silent Auction opens on Monday, April 20th at 8:00 AM (EST) and will close promptly on Friday, April 24th at 9:30 PM on April 24th. Winning bidders will be notified via platform app.

  • Browse auction items using https://charity.pledgeit.org/c/sodpyznmgq/auction.

  • Place bids directly through the platform; you may increase your bid at any time before the auction closes.

  • Enable notifications to stay updated if you are outbid.

Payment Information 💳

  • A payment card must be registered on the auction platform for bidding and payment close out. Payment is required the evening of the event.

  • All items must be paid in full before pickup.

Item Pickup 🏷️

  • Items may be picked up at the event location from 9:30 – 10:00 PM in the auction room following checkout.

  • Please have your receipt or confirmation ready.

  • If you are unable to pick up your item that evening, you may pick up on Sunday, April 26th from 1:00 – 3:00 PM at the District Administration Building (650 S. Baltimore St., Dillsburg-behind the SLC). If unable to pick up during that time, arrangements can be made by contacting nslothower@northernyork.org.
