Class Description
For many, the holidays can be emotionally messy, painful, exhausting, and even void of anything resembling 'the most wonderful time of the year'. Without a roadmap to guide us, navigating the holidays can lead one to declare, bah humbug!
Our holiday Foundations class explores the importance of self-care and the many tools we have available to navigate the stress and emotional demands of the holiday season.
We'll also introduce you to our six Building Blocks that can help you build a foundation that supports you, not only through the holiday season but all year round.
Our goal is to help you find peace and hope this holiday season.
