Class Description
For most of us, the holiday season brings a mixed bag of emotions, from joy and excitement to anxiety and sadness. Our ability to manage these emotional ups and downs starts with recognizing where we are at (emotionally), creating a roadmap to guide us, and identifying the tools we need in our mental health tool box to navigate the additional stress and emotional demands of the holiday season.
