Supporting Mental Health Education That’s Fun!
Movin’ with Moose is our summer challenge event that promotes movement as a healthy coping skill while raising funds to support our Comfort Kits, Battle Buddies and Foundations education programming for people of all ages. It only takes 10-15 minutes each day to improve your mood and overall health with movement. Whether you are a casual walker, avid runner, swimmer or roll on wheels of any kind, YOU can make a difference in the mental health of yourself and others near and far. So let’s get Movin' with Moose and ‘Build a Healthy You’!
About the Event
The choice is yours. You can walk, hike, run, ride, skate, swim, row ... or mix it up with multiple activities to achieve your movement and fundraising goals either individually or as part of a team. To add to the fun, we'll have some friendly competition and offer virtual badges and prizes in a variety of categories along the way!
Fundraising can begin at any time, but our Movin' with Moose Challenge begins July 10th and runs through World Suicide Prevention Day on September 10th.

About SPN Survivors
Our mission is to engage and equip communities to strengthen mental health and prevent suicide among teens and young adults.
We are forever grateful to the fans and cast of the TV show Supernatural for the role they played in inspiring us to start SPN Survivors in 2014. Our origin story can be found in the chapter book Family Don't End with Blood: Cast and Fans on How Supernatural Has Changed Lives.
We are also honored to be a part of the legacy of the show and receive a portion of the proceeds from the sale of the follow-up book There'll Be Peace When You Are Done that came out in 2020 at the end of Supernatural's incredible 15 seasons.
