Everyone deserves access to music and the arts. Still going strong but the social media gods continue to frown upon me. My phone hates whimsy!
Anyhow. I did 20 minutes of sonnet practice today with the prompt "sneaking." I improvised sonnets about lovely things like mimes and midnight snacks.

I did a series of sonnets today based on the word "whammy." I did one about cursed objects, old gameshows, and a used car salesman. My phone is being glitchy so I haven't been able to post to Instagram, but hopefully that will resolve in the next few day and in the meantime, I'll keep posting here and practicing!

I'm still practicing at least 15 minutes a day but my phone is not working great and I'm struggling to upload the videos. That said, today I did a series of heartfelt improvised sonnets about conversation and the value of community. Alas, I may need to just describe my work here rather than post to Instagram!

Worked real hard today. Still added a syllable on one improvised sonnet, but I did have a lot of fun and made myself laugh on this one. The prompt was "fur" and I did a sonnet about Wolfman, Gizmo, and the horror is are hairless cats! You can see what I did on Instagram @owl.elliott
