I'm excited to join this incredible initiative and am even more excited to do it in honor of Karyn Kiel. Jacob Skertich was my goalie partner and mentor last year. Karyn is his mother. She has stage IV melanoma. Karyn is fighting like only a goalie mother can - hard! Jacob started this tradition and I am honored to continue this fundraising with my fellow Lake Central goalies Jake Sundwall and Luke Snider (not pictured, but hopefully will be soon!)
