So using my Fitbit and totaling my steps from June 19th to today July 27th I've had 242,533 steps for an average of 6382 per day (down from my typical average, but for a number of reasons this year). Using the pedometer conversion chart of 1000 steps at 3 mph (moderate walking) then that is 80 steps per minute. Thus, to date I've moved 3032 minutes or 50.5 hours.
