I'm excited to join the Get Out! Challenge. AmeriCorps St. Louis is an organization very dear to my heart and the reason that I found myself in St. Louis in the first place. Their motto (See the Need, Meet the Need) is one that the Emergency Response Team demonstrates consistently through conservation projects, wildland firefighting, and disaster response, and through my time serving as a member it's become something I aspire to embody in my day-to-day life.
