As a proud member of the Instinct Science team, I believe in caring for the caretakers—and that includes the veterinary professionals who show up every day for pets, their families, and each other. The reality is, this industry is full of compassion—but also incredible pressure. Not One More Vet (NOMV) is working to make sure no one in the veterinary world faces mental health struggles alone.

This May, I’m moving for mental health. Every mile, every minute, and every dollar helps fund crisis support, peer-to-peer resources, and real change for those in the field.
