Cancer has affected so many people I know and love and that is why it has inspired me to continue fundraising for OctoberSaves.org. I am participating in the October Saves Goalie Challenge this month. All month long... every save I make on the ice, will help make a save off the ice.
This is my 4th year participating in this incredible initiative! October Saves mission is very important to me and I'm proud to help them make a difference by making saves in net! while the funds raised is helping save women + children affected by cancer. OctoberSaves is a 100% volunteer organization and 93% of the funds raised goes to support incredible cancer fighting beneficiaries like, The Jimmy Fund, Dana Farber and Tufts Children's Hospital.
To help me reach my $2500 goal, an anonymous donner will match up to $1250! Thank you for your support on and off the ice....$5, $10, any amount is incredible.
