About me and my goals
I'm participating in "River Town Racers Spring Challenge 2022" benefiting our California club, The River Town Racers.
This month we are running our Spring Challenge when we paddle our kayaks long distances to gain strength and endurance. This is an annual event when we set a paddling goal of a certain number of miles and get sponsored for it!
My goal is to paddle 145 miles during this challenge and to be ready to compete in August in the 2022 Ohio Nationals competition.
This is my second year with River Town Racers and this team has been so important to me during COVID. Please help me reach our campaign goal of $10,000 by pledging now.

I wanted to send out an update to all my supporters! I attended the American Canoe Association Sprint National Championships in Ohio at the end of August. My team did really well and so did I!
I made it to the A Finals in every one of my races. The A Final is the medal round. This means I am in the top 10 sprint kayakers in the nation in my age group for each of those races. I also took home three medals: silver in the Bantam 200 meters K4 and Bantam 500 meters K4 and bronze in the Bantam 500 meters K2.
While kayaking is year round, we will begin training for Nationals again in January.
