I'm Kelly King and I am the National Director of Community Impact and Ohio Program Manager for Healthy LifeStars. I am a life-long Buckeye and I am passionate about improving the health and well-being of Ohio's kids.
Please join me in "stepping up" to support Healthy LifeStars and their program The LifeStar Challenge™ which focuses on physical activity, nutritious eating, and goal-setting.
I am asking for your support in a week-long virtual StepAThon™. This fun and friendly competition challenges individuals, families, and teams to get active and raise money for a healthy future for our kids!
Our goal is to raise $10,000 in support of Ohio's kids. Join me for a fun healthy week as we support an incredible cause!

Steps taken on 4/12. We got such a great week for StepAThon here in Ohio! I got outside for a 2 mile walk with my pup and then I taught a group fitness class with my sister. Physical activity is always more fun with a friend - it's a great way to share the love and healthy habits!
