Hey y’all! Happy Disability Pride Month and the start of the 28x28 Mobility Challenge!
After an invigorating Power Yoga session in Slabtown last night, I hit the trails for a run in Forest Park in Portland. 🤩 It was an absolutely beautiful night and felt so good to move my body. Even though I was a little slower than normal and had to stop and look at the banana slugs 🐌 a few times 😉 it was a great reminder that mobility has no set pace or performance. It’s all about what feels good!
I hope everyone is having a great start to the challenge. And I’m looking forward to seeing pics along the way this month!
