My Mission
I am thrilled to be your Co-Captain with Nicci Buford for our team "About FACE Brigade KC." Many of you know, my wonderful husband Brent is a HN survivor. He was diagnosed with SCCa (unknown primary) in 2006. I have been a certified lymphedema and an oncology rehab therapist for many years. The patients I have served have shown to me their incredible resilience and grit as they have navigated their journey. Improving quality of life is what we strive for!
Your gift will assist in furthering the HNCA mission to advance prevention, detection, treatment, and rehabilitation of oral, head, and neck cancer through public awareness, research, advocacy, and survivorship.
