About A Leg To Stand On (ALTSO).

ALTSO provides free prosthetic limbs, orthotic devices, and appropriately fitted wheelchairs, to children with limb disabilities in the developing world whose families cannot afford care. Mobility is more than movement, it's a human right. Since 2003, ALTSO has transformed the lives of nearly 23,000 CoolKids.

Did you know there are 106 million children with untreated disabilities in the developing world? 9 in 10 children cannot afford treatment and, as a result, do not attend school. Mobility provides the most fundamental tools needed to break the cycle of poverty -- independence, access to education, community, and future gainful employment. Move with me or support my movements with a donation. All donations will help provide critical mobility to the most vulnerable children.
