My Mission
I'm excited to get the 2023 October Saves campaign going! This is my 7th year participating in October Saves and raising money supporting the care and treatment of those fighting cancer.
I fight for those on their cancer journey today, their families, and those yet to find themselves in the fight of their lives. Two of my teammates' moms have fought and beat cancer and the Loudoun Knights 14UAA are rallying around them and so many others to raise awareness and money to help!
On September 25th, I had the honor and privilege to visit Inova Schar Cancer Institute in Fairfax, VA to see first-hand where the funds raised through October Saves go. To Life with Cancer supporting the mental health of patients to Schar with investments in the latest treatment technology, funds raised through October Saves stay local and go right to those fighting cancer on the front lines.
