This year, I’m participating in the Goalie Saves Lives Challenge in memory of my Grandma Jones and in honor of my Pop Pop, my number one fan. My grandma’s memory inspires me every day to play with heart, and my Pop Pop continues to show incredible strength as he goes through chemotherapy for lymphoma . I’m taping my stick pink for Grandma and green for Pop Pop to remind me of them every time I take the ice. Every save I make is for them — and for everyone who’s been touched by cancer
