My Mission
I am thrilled to be taking on my first walking challenge post Achilles tendon transfer surgery. I will do my best to get as many miles as physically possible to help Uplifting Athletes reach their goal of a collective 7,000 miles.
Join my team and track your miles with me! 7,000 miles represents the 7,000 known rare diseases that every 1 in 10 people are impacted by, so it's important that we reach our goal.
Uplifting Athletes funds 10 rare disease researchers/year, provides opportunities for families to experience a day with their favorite sport team/athlete, and raises funds to find potential cures. Every ounce of awareness can make a huge impact.
