The Newington Forest Swim Team (NFST INC) is a non-profit 501-(c)3 community based athletic organization. NFST INC is a member of the Northern Virginia Swim League (NVSL), the largest summer swim league in the United States. We measure our success in different ways: team achievements, individual accomplishments, and swimming improvement.
