Matteo's Muggles: A Magical Journey of Hope

Three and a half years ago, our world was turned upside down when we learned that our sweet Matteo had been diagnosed with Cobalamin C deficiency (CLBC). It was a devastating moment, one that left us searching for answers and grappling with the uncertainty of what lay ahead for our little one. CLBC is an extremely rare genetic disorder, and we found ourselves navigating a maze of medical jargon, treatments, and questions with no clear path forward.

As we continue to learn more about CLBC, we are discovering new challenges Matteo is facing, including vision loss, a heartbreaking complication related to his diagnosis. The journey has been incredibly difficult, but Matteo’s strength and resilience have inspired us every day. We are hopeful that with more research, we can find better treatments, solutions, and support for families like ours who are navigating this rare condition.
