Why Emily & Doug Are Walking for Heart Failure

One of Emily's oldest (and dearest) clients is The HeartBrothers Foundation. These heart transplant recipients show her on a routine basis how to breathe deep and enjoy life because every day is truly a blessing. The foundation's sole mission is to help other Heart Failure patients navigate the (*all too expensive*) and confusing journey of Heart-Failure-through-to-Heart-Transplant. They even have a House in Boston! (Think: Ronald McDonald House, but for heart transplant patients.) Simply put, they are amazing.
