Lost my Dad to Lung Cancer
I'm excited to join the Fit4Heroes campaign! The Heroes Foundation's mission is very important to me and I'm proud to help them make a difference for the Indiana cancer community.
Nearly all of us have been affected by Cancer so I find the Heroes Foundation to be so easy to relate and connect with. Combining the mission with my passion for physical fitness is a great opportunity to do something to benefit others suffering from this disease.
Any donation to the cause is appreciated and will help raise money for this organization and cancer research. I will be the first making a donation to put my money where my ask is..I’m also going to challenge myself physically and up my fitness game in the month of April. I am committing at least 2,400 minutes of exercise over the next 30 days (cross training, running, hiking, Eliptigo and weight training).
Donations of any/all amounts are appreciated, “just do it”!

Our Mission
To provide meaningful support to cancer patients, education to promote cancer prevention and resources to advance research for a cure.
Cancer Prevention:
Up to 95% of cancers have their roots in the environment and lifestyle. A person’s family history does not necessarily determine their chances of developing cancer. This is why cancer prevention in the form of lifestyle changes and early-detection initiatives is so important. Research has shown that just 150 minutes of moderate exercise a week lowers your risk of developing 13 types of cancer.
