This will be my fifth time participating in Golf’s Longest Day, joining a group of local golfers who all try to play as many holes as possible in one day to raise money for First Tee.

Over my previous four years, you helped me personally raise $6,591. That’s just my piece of it — the overall event total is much larger thanks to everyone involved each year.

My goal for 2026:

150-ish holes in a single day.

Yes, I’ll be in a cart to maximize holes. Don’t worry. Fatigue still shows up. It just attacks the swing first and the decision-making shortly after.

First Tee uses golf to teach kids confidence, integrity, and perseverance- lessons that last a lot longer than a scorecard.
