Why I'm raising awareness about head and neck cancer
For the third year I am pleased to be joining my wonderful mentor Sue Lim and so many other dedicated survivors, thrivers and caregivers. HNCA was very supportive of my beloved husband Doug during his six years in treatment and to me after he passed in 2023. He would be proud of my participation and I am committed to raising awareness.
Fundraising is difficult for me at this time so any donation is most welcome. I will be finding creative ways to financially support HNCA, Your gift will help further the Alliance's mission to provide hope and support to individuals impacted by head and neck cancer, raise awareness about prevention and early detection, and advocate for improved patient outcomes.
Every dollar counts and gets us closer to our goal!
Thanks for your support,

Walking around the ferry dock waiting for the seasonal return of the Chi-Cheemaun ferry. It marks the start of the tourist season in Tobermory and Doug loved being part of the welcoming group.
