Our Mission
Our team ST Elevations Hartford Hospital is excited to join the 2023 Swim Across the Sound! This mission is very important to us and we're proud to help make a difference. At the heart of the matter, donations collected go directly to cancer patients to help support their real life needs including nutrition, inclusive therapy strategies such as yoga, art, or music ect, living expenses, transportation needs and the list goes on.
