Why this is so important to me
This is my four year of participating in October saves. This project is something very important to me because my grandma has had to fight this battle. Each save I make during this month is a reminder to me of all the people who have went through this fight or still currently going through it. This is just a small way for me to do my part. Today we had our Octoberfest at our home rink. Sad loss with a close game of 3-2. So glad we had so much support from all the parents to help spread awareness for this wonderful cause!
