Movin' Together to Support Mental Health
Our team is excited to get Movin' with Moose and raise funds for mental health education. We are joining SPN Survivors' to support their mission to strengthen mental health and prevent suicide and we're proud to help them make a difference.
Join our team and track the miles you walk, run, bike, swim, row or skate during the month of March. Simply hit the JOIN button to sign up for our team and start counting your miles!
If you are unable to join our team, you can still support us by pledging per mile for any of our team members or by making a flat donation to our team. Your donation not only helps us reach our fundraising goals but also helps someone else strengthen their mental health and THAT can be a life saving gift!
Thank You for your support!

Finished the rest of the month with another 35.9 miles! Would have been so much more if I hadn’t gotten sick for a whole week of the month! Still beat my goal of 45 miles for the month, so not too shabby!

Building a Healthy You
Mental health and well-being are complex subjects for people of all ages. SPN Survivors' educational materials break these subjects down into bite size pieces and deliver it in a way that's easy to understand and meets people where they're at. Our Foundations classes focus on six key building blocks designed to help you increase mental health literacy and Build a Foundation that Supports a Healthy You at home, at school, at work and at play.
Please contact us for more information about our classes and other educational materials at info@SPNsurvivors.org.
