I'm excited to participate in the 2025 Colorado Birding Challenge! I'm going to try and find as many species of birds as I can on Sept. 6 to support Colorado Field Ornithologists and its conservation mission.

The past several years I have participated in the challenge as an individual in a non-competitive category. Last year I birded Weld County and the prior two years focused in Broomfield County. This year I am teaming up with Patricia Cullen, Pete Christiansen, and Henry Stiles to form team Pawnee Nomads on a mission to see as many birds as humanly possible in Weld County.

We'll be providing a full report following the contest and hope you will help contribute through our donation links to a great organization supporting Bird Conservation.
